Navigating Salesforce Excellence
Navigating Salesforce Excellence
I make Salesforce platforms survive real scale.
Six years designing and building enterprise Salesforce, from the data model and security architecture up through Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and the delivery pipeline. Eleven Salesforce certifications, three of them at architect level. I also teach this work publicly, which is the fastest way I know to find out whether you actually understand it.
Access control at enterprise headcount stops being a configuration task and becomes an architecture one. It has to satisfy compliance review while staying maintainable by people who did not build it.
Designed the org’s data security model end to end: object and field level security, role hierarchy, sharing rules and permission set strategy, mapped deliberately to how the business is actually structured.
Compliance requirements met across 5,000+ users, with a measurable reduction in security incidents.
Manual Salesforce deployment is slow and unreliable, and the cost is not only the wait. Unstable releases make teams deploy less often, which makes each release larger and riskier.
Led GitLab CI/CD pipeline orchestration across the delivery process, automating deployment so that promoting a change became a repeatable operation rather than a careful manual one.
Deployment time down 40%, with release stability improved alongside it.
Complex business processes running on manual steps: slow, inconsistent between people, and impossible to report on reliably.
Worked directly with client stakeholders to scope each process before automating it, then built on platform-native automation rather than custom code wherever the declarative tools were sufficient.
Manual workload reduced by 30%, across a portfolio of 20+ projects delivered on schedule.
A customized Service Cloud implementation for customer support operations, delivered by a team, which makes consistency and code quality the real constraint rather than raw capability.
Led five engineers through requirement analysis, work breakdown and documentation, and ran code review as the quality gate rather than a formality. Also built the third-party API integrations.
System performance up 25%, errors down 10%, execution time down 5%, and integration time reduced.
Application Architect is not a separate exam. Salesforce awards it once all four architect track prerequisites are held, which is why it was issued the same month the last of them was completed.
